操作說明
除了帶粘合箔的力傳感器程序之外，還開發(fā)了一種帶有焊接薄膜傳感器的新型力傳感器。焊接到測量元件中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化傳感器的使用使得自動化制造成為可能。結(jié)合0.5％的準(zhǔn)確性，由于具有吸引人的性價比，新型剪切梁對OEM應(yīng)用也很有意義。由非常現(xiàn)代的制造技術(shù)生產(chǎn)的薄膜傳感器具有傳統(tǒng)粘合箔應(yīng)變儀的所有優(yōu)點(diǎn)，但沒有它們的實(shí)質(zhì)缺點(diǎn)（膠的溫度漂移和蠕變）。剪梁專門用于驅(qū)動器的扭矩支撐或稱重應(yīng)用中的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)組件。不同的輸出信號可用：模擬標(biāo)準(zhǔn)輸出信號（4 ... 20 mA，0 ... 10V）。根據(jù)指令EN 61326，剪梁符合EMC的規(guī)定。
ATEX / IECEX（可選）只有具有相應(yīng)認(rèn)證和標(biāo)志的設(shè)備和防護(hù)系統(tǒng)才能在潛在爆炸區(qū)域投入運(yùn)行。我們帶有薄膜測量元件和集成放大器的力傳感器現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)根據(jù)設(shè)備組II（非采礦產(chǎn)品）中的指令94/9 / EC（類別2G，區(qū)域1和2（氣體））獲得批準(zhǔn)。其他區(qū)域應(yīng)要求。

In addition to our force transducer program with bonded foils, a new force transducer with a welded thin film sensor was developed. The usage of standardised sensors, which are welded into the measuring element, makes an automated manufacturing possible. Combined with an accuracy of 0,5%, the new shear beams are also of interest for OEM applications due to the attractive price- performance ratio. Thin film sensors, produced by very modern manufacturing technology, have all advantages of the conventional bonded foil strain gauges, but without having their substantial disadvantages (temperature drifts of the glue and creeping). Shear beams are specially used as toque support of drives or as standard component in weighing applications. Different output signals are available: analogue standard-output signals (4...20 mA, 0...10V). Shear beams fulfil the regulations of EMC according to directive EN 61326.

ATEX/IECEX (Option) Only equipment and protective systems with the corresponding certification and markings are to be put into operation in potentially explosive areas. Our force transducers with a thin-film measuring cell and integrated amplifier now have approval according to directive 94/9/EC in equipment group II (non-mining products), category 2G for zones 1 and 2 (gases). Other zones on request.

SIL-3 (Option) In cooperation with the TÜV Süddeutschland a special security electronics has been developed for theatre and stage applications. It fulfils security standard SIL 3 with a 2-channel PC control in connection.
