KOBOLD科寶新型流量計(jì)MIM開發(fā)用于測(cè)量和監(jiān)測(cè)管道中導(dǎo)電液體的中小流量。
該設(shè)備根據(jù)電磁測(cè)量原理工作。根據(jù)法拉第磁感應(yīng)定律，在穿過磁場(chǎng)的導(dǎo)體中感應(yīng)電壓。導(dǎo)電測(cè)量劑用作移動(dòng)的導(dǎo)體。測(cè)量介質(zhì)中感應(yīng)的電壓與流速成正比，因此是體積流量的值。
流動(dòng)的介質(zhì)必須具有zui小的導(dǎo)電率。感應(yīng)電壓由兩個(gè)與測(cè)量介質(zhì)接觸并傳送到測(cè)量放大器的傳感電極拾取。流量將根據(jù)管道的橫截面積計(jì)算。測(cè)量不依賴于工藝液體及其材料特性，如密度，粘度和溫度。
兩個(gè)給定的輸出可以設(shè)置為開關(guān)，模擬或頻率。另外還可以選擇一個(gè)定量給料功能，其中輸出1設(shè)置為開關(guān)NPN / PNP / PP，輸出2設(shè)置為控制輸入。

KOBOLD磁感應(yīng)流量計(jì),KOBOLD上海辦事處The new flowmeter MIM was developed for measuring and monitoring smaller- and medium-sized flow of conductive liquids in pipes.
The device operates according to the electromagnetic measurement principle. According to Faraday’s Law of magnetic induction a voltage is induced in a conductor moving through a magnetic field. The electrically conductive measuring agent acts as the moved conductor. The voltage induced in the measuring agent is proportional to the flow velocity and is therefore a value for the volumetric flow.
The flowing media must have a minimum conductivity. The induced voltage is picked up by two sensing electrodes which are in contact with the measuring agent and sent to the measuring amplifier. The flow rate will be calculated based on the cross sectional area of the pipe. The measurement is not depending on the process liquid and its material properties such as density, viscosity and temperature.
Two given outputs can be set to be switch, analogue or frequnecy. Also a dosing function can be selected, where output 1 is set as switch NPN / PNP / PP and output 2 is set as control input.
